All of these shortbreads are handmade in Edinburgh to Fortnum's own recipe and are processed by a family-run bakery for that extra care and attention. This shortbread selection has five different biscuits, including a full sized Petticoat Tails, a deliciously sweet Heather Honey infused Round, a crunchy Macadamia Nut Round, a warming Stem Ginger Finger and, a buttery sweet Chocolate Pearl Finger.
