Founded by Annabel Thomas in 2013 on the Morvern Peninsular in the western Highlands, Nc'nean whisky is elegant, fruity and delicious. It is made from rich, flavourful organic Scottish barley which creates creaminess and texture, while our long fermentation and slow distillation accentuates its fruity flavour. The whisky is matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels alongside a small amount of sherry casks to develop our trademark bright, creamy, fruity style. Our whisky makes a big impression with the smallest footprint. This means that every bottle is: Made with 100% organic Scottish barley. Produced in our 100% renewably powered distillery. Bottled in a 100% post-consumer recycled glass bottle.
