Fortnum's Manuka Honey has a lovely tawny colour and slightly crunchy texture, perfect for pairing with freshly baked bread or a dollop of smooth yoghurt. MGO stands for methoglyoxal, a special natural sugar found only in honey made from high concentrations of Manuka nectar. MGO has healthy anti-bacterial properties, so the higher the figure, the more MGO. Our New Zealand Manuka Honey is genuine, single variety, pure batch Manuka.
