Fielden is regenerating England’s fields with heritage grains that grew here centuries ago. Fielden Rye Whisky is distilled from diverse populations of rye, wheat and barley grown by our farmers, who work with nature and never use chemicals. Instead, our grain grows in clover, a natural fertiliser that helps the soil stay healthy. Our heritage grains grow tall and strong. Our fields are wild and glorious. And our whisky is full of flavour: think warm flaky pastry, butter and caramel. We use a wide variety of casks to enhance the flavour of our heritage grains. Fielden Rye Whisky is double-distilled in both pot and column stills and aged in a combination of American oak and selected ex-wine casks including Sauternes and Moscatel. The grains we grow and the land we grow them on make a difference to our whisky, to farming and to our planet. 48% ABV
