A Vintage bottle fermented Traditional Method English Rose Sparkling wine using all three classic grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Usually aged on lees for 4 years for complexity and depth, this wine shows notes of wild strawberries, cranberries, cream, rice pudding and croissant. Delightful on it's own, it also pairs excellently with canapes, seafood, turkey, South Asian curries, East Asian foods, and slow cooked pork belly.
