A Vintage bottle fermented Traditional Method English Sparkling wine using all three classic grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Usually aged on lees for 3 years for complexity and depth, this wine shows notes of apple, melon, buttered toast, roasted hazelnuts and spice like ginger, with a lemony-salty finish. Lovely on it's own, it also pairs excellently with canapes, smoked salmon, seafood, fish & chips, roast chicken and beef tartar.
