Ballantine's 7 Bourbon Finish is a Scotch whisky, aged for seven years before being finished in bourbon barrels all the way from the USA. Give yourself the best of both worlds: the depth of Scotch with the sweetness of bourbon. Each of the whiskies in the blend has been aged for 7 years, before the blend is finished in carefully-selected ex-bourbon barrels, imported from the US. The finish creates a sweetened whisky with increased toffee and caramel notes. We recommend enjoying Ballantine's 7 Bourbon Finish in an Old Fashioned with a couple of dashes of orange bitters to complement the sweet notes of the whisky. Alternatively, you can also enjoy it neat or on the rocks to fully experience the effect of the 7 years of ageing and the bourbon finish.
