Caperdonich is a highly prized whisky that is the result of a rich history and a legacy of expert craftsmanship. This distillery produces peated and un-peated single malt with wonderful floral notes, a luxurious mouthfeel with a soft smokiness for some of the bottlings, making it a distinctive and memorable dram. This 27 year old Caperdonich Unpeated single malt has been matured in first fill American oak barrels, bottled at cask strength and without chill-filtration. Aromas of fresh ginger and zesty lemon are brilliantly balanced with notes of creamy milk chocolate. Fruity flavour notes intensify on the palate with apple and blackberry coming through, resulting in a long, sweet finish.
